Windows 7: Computer wakes up automatically just after sleep

Over times some of my friends discussed with me about an unusual behaviour oftheir PC. Their Windows 7 computer wake up itself from sleep mode without any user activity.
They were unable to put their computers in sleep mode. All the system configuration was OK. All drivers were up-to-date.

It was very tough to diagnose the reason. Well after too much testings the result was unbelievable. I re-installed windows on the machine and then the sleep function was working properly. But after installimg the graphics driver update for intel chipset, the same problem started again. There was no option to uninstall the Intel Graphics Media Accelelator from PC. Anyhow i managed to uninstall the Driver-Software and still not solved.
After a  lot of google Digging and found this solution. I haven't tested yet.
