How to quickly shutdown Windows 8

We all have been using windows 8 previews and since the Start button has disappeared, the shutdown and restart functions have become a tough task, We need atleast 4 gestures to shutdown or restart the windows 8,. This had also made switching to new use and logging off a tough task.

Well there are some tricks to do all this quickly
1.Enabling back the start button using Win8 Start , a  freeware tool

2.Using "Win+D" and "Alt+F4" combination
Using these combinations we can speed up our start-up and shutdown. Pressing "Win+D" brings us to windows desktop and the pressing "Alt+F4" shows us the shutdown menu and we can select either to shutdown or restart from the menu.

3.Using sidebar Gadgets
